Vielleicht war es ihr Unverm\u00f6gen sich fortzubewegen, vielleicht oberfl\u00e4chliche \u00c4hnlichkeiten im Aufbau der Zellen. Auch wenn Pilze noch heute traditionell in vielen Botanik-B\u00fcchern zu finden sind, sollte man wissen, dass Pilze mit Pflanzen genauso wenig (oder genauso viel) verwandt sind, wie mit Tieren.<\/p>\n<p>Pilze sind wie Tiere oder auch Pflanzen echte Eukaryonten, haben Zellen mit Zellkern.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn man Pilze im Wald sieht, sieht man eigentlich nur ihren Fruchtk\u00f6rper. Der eigentliche Pilz lebt verborgen unter der Erde in Form seines sogenannten Myzels. Ein Myzel ist die Gesamtheit aller Pilzf\u00e4den, den Hyphen, die weit verzweigt und miteinander kommunizierend den Boden durchziehen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klicke in die \u00dcberschriften um mehr zu erfahren!!<\/strong><\/p>\n[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;BAUPLAN VON PILZZELLEN&#8220;]\n<p>Pilze haben wie Pflanzenzellen und Tierische Zellen als Grundbauplan einen &#8222;Zellk\u00f6rper&#8220;- die Grundsubstanz aller Zellen, fast fl\u00fcssiges Zellplasma. Sie besitzen eine Zellhaut (Zellmembran), &#8222;Zellkraftwerke&#8220; (Mitochondrien), ein Transportnetzwerk (endoplasmatisches Reticulum), Eiwei\u00dffabriken (Ribosomen), ein Lager zum Lagern, Modifizieren, Verpacken und Verschicken der gebildeten Eiwei\u00dfe (Golgi Apparat) und eine M\u00fcllabfuhr (Lysosomen).<\/p>\n<p>Mit den pflanzlichen Zellen gemeinsam haben Pilzzellen eine Vakuole. Tierische Zellen besitzen keinen Zellsaft. \u00c4hnlich wie Pflanzenzellen oder Bakterien haben auch Pilzzellen eine zweite Au\u00dfenh\u00fclle. Nach der Zellmembran (eine Zellmembran haben ALLE Zellen) wird die Pilzzelle noch von einer Zellwand umgeben. Diese besteht aber nicht wie die Zellwand der Pflanzenzellen aus Zellulose, sondern aus Chitin, dem Material, aus dem auch die Au\u00dfenskelette von Insekten oder Spinnen aufgebaut sind. Pilzzellen besitzen im Gegensatz zu tierischen Zellen farbstofftr\u00e4ger (Plastide), im Gegensatz zu den Pflanzen haben Pilze KEINE Chloroplasten. Pilze sind also heterotrophe Lebewesen, sie k\u00f6nnen KEINE Fotosynthese betreiben.<\/p>\n<p>Auch bei den Speicherstoffen zeigt sich, das Pilze weder zu den Tieren noch zu den Pflanzen gerechnet werden d\u00fcrfen: W\u00e4hrend Pflanzenzellen Kohlenhydrate in Form von St\u00e4rke in ihren Zellen speichern, verwenden tierische Zellen und Pilzzellen Glykogen (eine spezielle Form von Speicherzucker). Pilzzellen verwenden als Speicherstoff neben Glykogen noch Fett.[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;PILZE UND IHRE ROLLE IM \u00d6KOSYSTEM&#8220;]Pilze haben im \u00d6kosystem eine wesentliche Funktion als Zersetzer der organischen Substanz (Destruenten). Sie k\u00f6nnen organische Nahrungsbestandteile in anorganische zerlegen und machen sie somit den autotrophen Pflanzen, die auf anorganische N\u00e4hrstoffe angewiesen sind, wieder verf\u00fcgbar.[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;GIFTE UND PILZKRANKHEITEN&#8220;]\n<p>Manche Pilze besitzen besitzen starke Toxine (Gifte), so kommt es immer wieder nach Verwechslungen zu schweren, manchmal sogar t\u00f6dlichen Vergiftungen, insbesondere nach einem Pilzgericht in dem sich Teile vom Gr\u00fcnen Knollenbl\u00e4tterpilz befinden.<\/p>\n<p>Schimmelpilze auf der Nahrung gelten als krebserregend und Schimmelflecken in der Wohnung (die Sporen der Schimmelpilze) verursachen oft Atemwegserkrankungen wie Asthma. Es gibt aber auch ungiftige Schimmelpilze, die wir am Edelschimmelk\u00e4se mit verspeisen und bestimmte Schimmelpilze, deren Stoffelwechselprodukten wir das Penicillin, ein wichtiges Antibiotikum, verdanken!<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt auch ein paar Pathogenene (krankmachende) Pilze, die sogenannte&nbsp;Mykosen verursachen.<\/p>\n<p>Fakultativ pathogene (d.h. nur unter bestimmten Umst\u00e4nden krank machende) Pilze findet man als normale Haut- oder Schleimhautbewohner bei allen gesunden Menschen. Nur unter bestimmten Umst\u00e4nden, vor allem wenn das Immunsystem geschw\u00e4cht ist, werden aus diesen harmlosen Mitbewohnern pathogene Formen.<\/p>\n<p>Man kann die fakultativ pathogenen Pilze in vier Gruppen unterteilen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dermatophyten (Trichophyton, Microsporum, Epidermophyton u.a.): meist oberfl\u00e4chlich lokalisierte Pilze, die oft von Tieren durch direkten Kontakt \u00fcbertragen werden.<\/li>\n<li>Fakultativ pathogene Hefen ( Cryptococcus-Arten, Candida albicans und andere Candida-Arten): Candida-Hefen sind h\u00e4ufig normale Bewohner des Mundes und Darmes. Zu einer krankhaften Form kommt es nur, wenn das Immunsystem geschw\u00e4cht ist, oder andere beg\u00fcnstigende Faktoren hinzukommen. Candida-Infekte treten z.B. in Form von Windeldermatitis oder Genitalsoor auf. Eine schwere Erkrankung wie die Candida Pneumonie (Lungenentz\u00fcndung) tritt zumeist nur bei Immunschw\u00e4che auf.<\/li>\n<li>Fakultativ pathogene Schimmelpilze (Aspergillus, Mucor): Fakultativ pathogene Schimmelpilze kommen z.B. in Blumenerde oder im Hausstaub vor. Ihre Sporen k\u00f6nnen nur bei sehr immungeschw\u00e4chten Patient\/innen (z.B. bei Leuk\u00e4mie, nach Organ- oder Knochenmarkstransplantationen und bei AIDS) auch die Bronchien besiedeln. Die Behandlung ist oft sehr schwierig und dauert viele Jahre, bei schlechter Prognose.<\/li>\n<li>Dimorphe Pilze (Histoplasma, Coccidioides): Erreger von Systemmykosen, die meistens als gut behandelbare Hautmykosen auftreten. Bei Patient\/innen mit geschw\u00e4chtem Immunsystem k\u00f6nnen sich eingedrungene Pilzsporen entlang der Lymphgef\u00e4\u00dfe ausbreiten.<span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;FLECHTEN&#8220;] Eine Besonderheit stellen Flechten dar. Flechten sind eine Symbiose zwischen bestimmten Pilzen und Algen. Flechten reagieren oft ganz sensibel auf Schadstoffe in ihrer Umwelt. Das Vorkommen bestimmter Flechten zeigt etwa die Luftg\u00fcte an. Flechten sind somit Bioindikatoren.[\/ls_accordion_section]<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;SCHLEIMPILZE&#8220;] Eine weitere Besonderheit sind Schleimpilze. Schleimpilze sind Eukaryonten, noch relativ unerforscht und m\u00fcssen in ein eigenes Reich neben Pilzen, Pflanzen und Tieren, gestellt werden, auch wenn sie Schleim<em>pilze<\/em> hei\u00dfen. Sie sind einzellige Organismen und besitzen laut etlicher Studien eine einfache Form von Intelligenz, die sie z.B. den k\u00fcrzesten Weg durch ein Labyrinth auf der Suche nach Nahrung nehmen l\u00e4sst. Schleimpilze sehen sehr eigenartig aus, durch ihr schleimiges Aussehen nimmt man sie oft nicht als Lebewesen wahr, sondern eher als Erbrochenes von Waldtieren oder
