Im Labor werden meist verd\u00fcnnte L\u00f6sungen wie <b>Salzs\u00e4ure<\/b>, <b>Schwefels\u00e4ure<\/b> oder <b>Salpeters\u00e4ure<\/b> verwendet (saure L\u00f6sung) Die <b>Protolyse<\/b> ist eine chemische Reaktion, bei der ein Proton (H+-Ion) zwischen zwei Reaktionspartnern \u00fcbertragen wird. Eine S\u00e4ure \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt ein Proton (H+) an einen Reaktionspartner. Die als S\u00e4ure bezeichnete Verbindung wirkt als Protonenspender (Protonendonator) Ddie Base (h\u00e4ufig Wasser) nimmt die Protonen auf und wird daher als&nbsp;Protonenakzeptor bezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Zwischen den Reaktionspartnern stellt sich ein chemisches Gleichgewicht ein.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4uren zerfallen in Wasser in positiv geladene Wasserstoffionen und negativ geladene S\u00e4urerestionen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>S\u00e4uren im Alltag:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4uren sind in vielen Stoffen des Alltags vorhanden. <b>Entkalker<\/b> enthalten eine S\u00e4ure, die Kalkverschmutzungen aufl\u00f6st. S\u00e4uren ben\u00f6tigt man auch zum Haltbarmachen von Lebensmitteln. Als Lebensmittel-Zusatzstoffe befinden sie sich in vielen Getr\u00e4nken (Weins\u00e4ure, Kohlens\u00e4ure). Sie kommen in der Natur auch zahlreich vor (Essigs\u00e4ure, Milchs\u00e4ure, Butters\u00e4ure, Ameisens\u00e4ure, Zitronens\u00e4ure,&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4uren wirken sauer und f\u00e4rben Universalindikatorl\u00f6sung rot.<\/p>\n<p><b>pH-Werte:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4uren sind unterschiedlich stark. Die St\u00e4rke jeder S\u00e4ure h\u00e4ngt vom pH- Wert ab, denn je kleiner der pH- Wert ist desto st\u00e4rker ist die S\u00e4ure. Die st\u00e4rksten S\u00e4uren sind die Salpeters\u00e4uren, die Salzs\u00e4uren und die Schwefels\u00e4uren. Die St\u00e4rke der sogenannten \u201eSupers\u00e4uren\u201c l\u00e4sst sich mit dem pH- Wert allerdings nicht mehr ausdr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<p>Der pH ist ein Ma\u00df f\u00fcr die Zahl der Protonen bzw. H3O+ Ionen in einer sauren L\u00f6sung.[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;UNTERSCHIED S\u00c4URE-SAURE L\u00d6SUNG&#8220;]Als&nbsp; S\u00e4ure wird z.B. bei der Zitronens\u00e4ure der feste Reinstoff bezeichnet, w\u00e4hrend bei der&nbsp; sauren L\u00f6sung, die auch w\u00e4ssrige L\u00f6sung genannt wird, dieser Stoff in Wasser gel\u00f6st ist. Es gibt auch&nbsp; reine S\u00e4uren, die bei Raumtemperatur fl\u00fcssig sind (Bsp : H2SO4, HNO3, CH3COOH) und bei manchen sauren L\u00f6sungen ist der darin gel\u00f6ste Stoff sogar gasf\u00f6rmig (Bsp HCl). Alle sauren L\u00f6sungen enthalten positiv geladene Wasserstoff-Ionen&nbsp; (Protonen, H+-Ionen) In der w\u00e4ssrigen L\u00f6sung lagern sich an dieses Wasserstoff Ion (H+-Ion) Wassermolek\u00fcle an. So entstehen hydratisierte Wasserstoff-Ionen (H3O+-Ionen), die zu den gemeinsamen Eigenschaften aller sauren L\u00f6sungen f\u00fchren. (eine L\u00f6sung ist umso saurer, je mehr H+-Ionen sie enth\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Als&nbsp; S\u00e4ure wird z.B. bei der Zitronens\u00e4ure der feste Reinstoff bezeichnet, w\u00e4hrend bei der&nbsp; sauren L\u00f6sung, die auch w\u00e4ssrige L\u00f6sung genannt wird, dieser Stoff in Wasser gel\u00f6st ist. Es ist in gut wasserl\u00f6slich, bei Zimmertemperatur ca. 20\u00b0C l\u00f6sen sich 442 Liter Gas in einem Liter Wasser. Diese L\u00f6sung nennt man Salzs\u00e4ure. Chlorwasserstoff ist im trockenen Zustand und sogar bei hohen Temperaturen stabil. Unter Druck leitet wasserfreier Chlorwasserstoff elektrischen Strom \u00e4hnlich gut wie die Salzs\u00e4ure.<\/p>\n<p><b>&nbsp;<\/b><b>Wie wird HCl hergestellt?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Chlorwasserstoff wird&nbsp; im Labor aus konzentrierter Schwefels\u00e4ure und Natriumchlorid hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>NaCl&nbsp; +&nbsp; H2SO4 \u00e0&nbsp; HCl&nbsp; +&nbsp; NaHSO4<\/p>\n<p><b>&nbsp;<\/b><b>Wof\u00fcr wird es genutzt?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Chlorwasserstoff dient in der chemischen Industrie,&nbsp; zur Herstellung von Salzs\u00e4ure und Chloriden. Zum Beispiel zur Z\u00fcndung eines Gemisches aus Wasserstoff und Chlor durch Belichtung. Aber seit neustem&nbsp; wird mehr verfl\u00fcssigter, wasserfreier Chlorwasserstoff verwendet anstatt Salzs\u00e4ure, da er Rohrleitungen nicht angreift.<\/p>\n<p>Chlorwasserstoff ist Bestandteil des Magensaftes allesfressender Tiere und bewirkt auch im menschlichen Magen die Denaturierung der Nahrung.<\/p>\n<p><b>&nbsp;<\/b><b>Was muss ich f\u00fcr meine Sicherheit dar\u00fcber wissen?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Chlorwasserstoff ist \u00e4tzend und in hohen Mengen giftig. Vergiftungen sind aber sehr selten. Beim Einatmen k\u00f6nnen Reizungen der Schleimh\u00e4ute und der Atemwege auftreten. Sollte man mit der S\u00e4ure in Kontakt kommen kann man es mit Wasser abwaschen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kohlens\u00e4ure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><i>(Kohlenstoffs\u00e4ure, Dihdrogencarbonat, Hydroxameisens\u00e4ure, Hydroxymethams\u00e4ure, H2CO3)<\/i><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #373737; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #373737; font-size: medium;\">\u201eEchte&#8220; Kohlens\u00e4ure, tritt fast nicht in Reinform auf, denn zum einen wird bei der Reaktion mit Wasser nur ein geringer Teil des CO2 umgewandelt, zum anderen zerf\u00e4llt die aufgebaute \u00e4u\u00dferst instabile Kohlens\u00e4ure (H2CO3), schnell wieder in Bicarbonat-Ionen (HCO3-) und Protonen (H+). Kohlens\u00e4ure kommt im Wasser gel\u00f6st vor. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Kohlens\u00e4ure Ist das Reaktionsprodukt des Gases Kohlendioxid mit Wasser. CO2 ist in Wasser l\u00f6slich und reagiert zum Teil zu Kohlens\u00e4ure:<\/p>\n<p><i>CO2 + H2O &gt; H2CO3 &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/i>(=Summenformel)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Geschichte:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Wurde zun\u00e4chst aufgrund des s\u00e4uerlichen Geschmackes in Mineralwasser bekannt. 1597 berichtete <i>Andreas Libavius<\/i> \u00fcber die Kohlens\u00e4ure. Genauere Kenntnisse wurden von <i>Johan<\/i> <i>Baptista van Helmont<\/i> bez\u00fcglich der G\u00e4rung und der Entwicklung von Minerals\u00e4uren auf karbonhaltiges Gestein \u00fcbermittelt.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Verwendungen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wird f\u00fcr Produktionsprozesse weltweit eingesetzt, dem Endverbraucher ist jedoch am ehesten das Getr\u00e4nk bekannt. Im 19. Jahrhundert begann man, Mineralwasser Kohlenstoffdioxid beizumischen. (um es haltbar zu machen)<\/li>\n<li>Kohlenstoffdioxid ist unter anderen wichtig bei der sterilen Verpackungstechnik.<\/li>\n<li>Wird bei der Feuerwehr und in automatischen L\u00f6schanlagen in der Industrie als L\u00f6schmittel verwendet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Erkl\u00e4rung:<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Ausstr\u00f6mende Kohlens\u00e4ure nimmt der Umgebung den Sauerstoff und das bringt das Feuer zum Erl\u00f6schen.<\/p>\n<p><i>Vorteil: <\/i><\/p>\n<p>Weder ein Wasserschaden noch ein Schaden durch L\u00f6schschaum.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Kohlens\u00e4ure f\u00fcr die Atmung:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die Umgebungsluft enth\u00e4lt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>78% Stickstoff<\/li>\n<li>21% Sauerstoff<\/li>\n<li>Verschiedene Edelgase<\/li>\n<li>Wasserdampf<\/li>\n<li>0,04% CO2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unsere Ausatemluft enth\u00e4lt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>78% Stickstoff<\/li>\n<li>17% Sauerstoff<\/li>\n<li>4% Kohlendioxid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(CO2 = \u201aSchalter\u2018 bei der Atemregulation)<\/p>\n[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;WAS SIND BASEN?&#8220;]Alle Basen enthalten Hydroxyd-Ionen (OH-Ionen), die daf\u00fcr verantwortlich sind dass die Basen alkalisch (oder basisch) reagieren; Auch Ammoniak (NH3) ist eine Base, da durch Reaktion mit Wasser Hydroxid-Ionen gebildet werden: NH3 + H2O -&gt; NH4+ + OH- Basen f\u00fchlen sich auf der Haut seifig und glitschig an; sie zersetzen organische Stoffe; bilden Seifen mit Fetten und \u00d6len. Basen sind immer w\u00e4ssrige L\u00f6sungen.&nbsp; z.B sind NaOH-Pl\u00e4tzchen fest. Durch Aufl\u00f6sen in Wasser entsteht Natronlauge.&nbsp;Sie sind Stoffe, die in w\u00e4ssriger L\u00f6sung in Hydroxid-Ionen (OH- Ionen) und positiv geladene Metallionen zerfallen. sie sind \u00e4tzend (und schmecken eher bitter)!<\/p>\n<p>Basen leiten den elektrischen Strom da sie Ionen (elektrisch geladene Teilchen) enthalten; Auch beim L\u00f6sen von Basen (z.B. NaOH) gilt: <b>Erst das Wasser, dann die Lauge, weil sonst spritzt es dir ins Auge!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Das L\u00f6sen einer Base ist eine stark exotherme Reaktion! Nie eine Lauge in einem Joghurtbecher l\u00f6sen; der k\u00f6nnte schmelzen![\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;WICHTIGE BASEN&#8220;]\n<p><b>&nbsp; <\/b><b>NaOH<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Natriumhydroxid <\/b><b>(\u00c4tznatron)&nbsp;<\/b><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Molmasse&nbsp;<\/b> 39,997 g\/mol<\/li>\n<li><b>Dichte&nbsp;<\/b> 2,13 g\/cm<sup>3<\/sup><\/li>\n<li><b>Schmelzpunkt&nbsp;<\/b> +323 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li><b>Siedepunkt<\/b>&nbsp; +1388 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li><b>Wasserl\u00f6slichkeit<\/b><br \/>\n100g H<sub>2<\/sub>O l\u00f6sen bei 25 \u00b0C 100 g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>&nbsp;<\/b><b>Eigenschaften<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bei Ber\u00fchrung mit der Haut wird diese ver\u00e4tzt, da das Natriumhydroxid mit derHautfeuchtigkeit zu Natronlauge reagiert. NaOH l\u00f6st sich unter starker W\u00e4rmeentwicklung sehr leicht in Wasser, wobei sich Natronlauge bildet. An der Luft wandelt es sich mit Kohlenstoffdioxid zu Natriumcarbonat um. Es sollte gut verschlossen aufbewahrt werden, da es aus der Luft Wasserdampf anzieht (hygroskopische Wirkung). Natriumhydroxid l\u00f6st sich auch gerne in Ethanol oder Glycerin.<br \/>\n<b>Fr\u00fcher <\/b>wurde Natriumhydroxid nach dem Kalk-Soda-Verfahren aus Natriumcarbonat und Calciumhydroxid hergestellt:<\/p>\n<p><b>Heute<\/b> &nbsp; gewinnt man es durch die Chlor-Alkali-Elektrolyse.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ausgangsstoffe dabei sind Natriumchlorid &nbsp; (Kochsalz) und Wasser, als Produkte fallen Natronlauge (w\u00e4ssrige L\u00f6sung von &nbsp; Natriumhydroxid), Wasserstoff und Chlor an.<\/p>\n<p><b>Verwendung<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In Abflussreinigern ist oft Natriumhydroxid in fester Form enthalten. In Tauchger\u00e4ten oder in Narkoseger\u00e4ten bindet das Natriumhydroxid (zusammen mit Calciumhydroxid)<\/p>\n<p>den ausgeatmeten Kohlenstoffdioxidanteil. Dieser &#8222;Atem kalk&#8220; findet auch in der Raumfahrt Anwendung. Beim Aufl\u00f6sen von Natriumhydroxid in Wasser erh\u00e4lt man Natronlauge. Die weiteren Verwendungen findet man daher dort.<\/p>\n[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;NEUTRALISATION&#8220;]Neutralisation ist Neutralisieren einer Base mit einer S\u00e4ure<\/p>\n<p><b>S\u00e4ure + Base -&gt; Wasser + Salz<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salze:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bildung: Metall + Nicht Metall reagieren miteinander,<\/p>\n<p>Elektronenaufnahme (ein Stoff nimmt Elektronen auf)&nbsp;und -abgabe (Metall gibt Elektronen ab), das beding die&nbsp;Ionenbindung.Salze bilden eine regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Kristallgitterstruktur.<\/p>\n<p>Eigenschaften \u2013 Salzkristalle sind spr\u00f6de, sie haben sehr hohe Schmelz- und Siedepunkte<\/p>\n<p>Salze sind Stoffe, die in w\u00e4ssriger L\u00f6sung in positiv geladene Metallionen (Kationen)&nbsp;und negativ geladene S\u00e4urerest-Ionen (Anionen)&nbsp;dissoziieren (zerfallen).<\/p>\n<p>Auch die Neutralisation ist eine exotherme Reaktion; Immer nur verd\u00fcnnte Basen und S\u00e4uren neutralisieren.<\/p>\n[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;ENTSORGEN VON S\u00c4UREN UND BASEN&#8220;]\n<p>S\u00e4uren und Basen m\u00fcssen vor der Entsorgung im Abfluss neutralisiert werden.
