Reinstoffe k\u00f6nnen daher Verbindungen aus mehreren Elementen sein, z.B. Wasser oder auch nur Atome oder Molek\u00fcle eines Elements beinhalten, z.B. Sauerstoff (O2) oder Gold (Au). Der &#8222;Reinstoff Wasser&#8220; ist beispielsweise nur destilliertes Wasser und besteht nur aus H2O Molek\u00fclen. &#8222;Reines Wasser, also &#8222;sauberes Wasser, Quellwasser etc. ist ein Gemisch aus Wasser und darin gel\u00f6sten Bestandteilen (Salze, Mineralien). Auch Leitungswasser und Mineralwasser sind Gemische.[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;GEMISCHE&#8220;]Nat\u00fcrlich gibt es nicht nur Reinstoffe sondern auch Stoffgemische. Diese werden unterschieden in<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Homogene Gemische: Mischungen die &#8222;homogen&#8220; sind, also gleichartig aussehen und nicht sofort als Mischungen erkennbar sind)\n<ul>\n<li>Fl\u00fcssigkeitsgemisch: Wein<\/li>\n<li>Feststoffl\u00f6sung: Jodtinktur, Salzwasser<\/li>\n<li>Gasgemisch: Luft<\/li>\n<li>Legierungen\/Metallgemisch: Bronze<\/li>\n<li>Emulsion: Milch (fl\u00fcssig\/fl\u00fcssig) -&gt; \u00d6l und Wasser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>und<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heterogene Gemische: (Mischungen, die als solche leicht erkennbar sind\n<ul>\n<li>Nebel (fl\u00fcssig\/gasf\u00f6rmig)<\/li>\n<li>Rauch (fest\/gasf\u00f6rmig)<\/li>\n<li>Suspension: Schlamm (fest\/fl\u00fcssig)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Um aus Gemischen die Reinstoffe zu erhalten ben\u00f6tigt man physikalische Trennmethoden.<\/p>\n[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;TRENNMETHODEN&#8220;]\n<p>Um aus Gemischen die Reinstoffe zu erhalten ben\u00f6tigt man physikalische Trennmethoden:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Filtration:<\/strong> Abtrennung von Feststoffen aus Fl\u00fcssigkeiten oder Gasen. (geh\u00f6rt zu den mechanischen Trennverfahren)<\/p>\n<p>Man filtriert wenn man eine Fl\u00fcssigkeit von einem in ihr unl\u00f6slichen Feststoff trennen will. Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit flie\u00dft durch den Filter (Filterpapier oder Textilgewebe). Es werden nur Teilchen zur\u00fcckgehalten die gr\u00f6\u00dfer sind als die Porengr\u00f6\u00dfe des Filters. Die filtrierte Fl\u00fcssigkeit wird Filtrat genannt.<\/p>\n<p>Beispiele: -Beim Filtrieren von aufgebr\u00fchtem Kaffee oder Tee<\/p>\n<p>-Abtrennung der Ru\u00dfpartikel aus den Abgasen von Dieselmotoren<\/p>\n<p>durch Ru\u00dfpartikelfilter<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extraktion<\/strong> (lat. extrahere = herausl\u00f6sen, herausziehen): Abtrennen von Stoffen aus einem Feststoff oder einer Fl\u00fcssigkeit mit Hilfe eines L\u00f6sungsmittels.<\/p>\n<p>Es werden einzelne Stoffe eines Gemischs mit Hilfe der Extraktion herausgezogen. Der extrahierte Stoff wird als \u201eExtrakt\u201c bezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p>Beispiele:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Herausl\u00f6sen des Zuckers aus Zuckerr\u00fcben (L\u00f6sungsmittel-Wasser)<\/li>\n<li>Im Haushalt: Bei der einfachen Kaffeemaschine werden die&nbsp;Aromastoffe des Kaffeepulvers extrahiert.<\/li>\n<li>Auch eine Fest-Fl\u00fcssig-Extraktion:&nbsp;die Tee Zubereitung<\/li>\n<li>Gewinnung von Speise\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>Fl\u00fcssig-Fl\u00fcssig-Extraktion: Kupfersulfat und Iod-L\u00f6sung mithilfe von Wasser und Toluen (L\u00f6sungsmittel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dekantieren: <\/strong>(auch Abgie\u00dfen genannt)<\/p>\n<p>Trennung von einer Fl\u00fcssigkeit und eines darin unl\u00f6slichen Feststoffes.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Dekantieren werden die Feststoffe unten abgesetzt und anschlie\u00dfend wird die fl\u00fcssige Schicht (oben) vorsichtig abgegossen. Das Gemisch wird nicht vollst\u00e4ndig getrennt. Es wird nur ein Teil des Stoffes abgesch\u00fcttet, weswegen man am Ende noch immer keine reine Mischung erh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Beispiel: -Wasser-Sand-Gemische werden auf Baustellen durch Dekantieren&nbsp;getrennt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abscheiden: <\/strong>(mechanisches Trennverfahren): Das Abscheiden ist die Trennung von Stoffen, die nicht ineinander l\u00f6slich sind. Es bilden sich zwei Phasen:<\/p>\n<p>Die untere Schicht (Fl\u00fcssigkeit mit der gr\u00f6\u00dferen Dichte)<\/p>\n<p>Die obere Schicht (Fl\u00fcssigkeit mit geringeren Dichte)<\/p>\n<p>Solche Stoffgemische kann man durch einen Scheidetrichter trennen.<\/p>\n<p>Beispiele:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schlauchfilter<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6labscheider bei der Entw\u00e4sserung von Tankstellen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zentrifugieren:<\/strong> (\u201eAusschleudern\u201c): Die Zentrifuge ist ein technisches Ger\u00e4t und kann ein Fl\u00fcssigkeitsgemisch durch schnelle Kreisbewegungen trennen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beispiele: Bei Untersuchungen in der Raumfahrtmedizin<\/li>\n<li>Schleudern nasser W\u00e4sche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Destillation: <\/strong>(thermisches Verfahren): Durch die Destillation kann man verdampfbare Fl\u00fcssigkeiten gewinnen oder L\u00f6sungsmittel von Stoffen trennen. Trennung aufgrund verschiedener Siedepunkte<\/p>\n<p>Beispiele:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brennen von Alkohol<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Herstellung von destilliertem Wasser<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Schnaps<\/li>\n<li>Erd\u00f6lverarbeitung in der Raffinerie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sieben:<\/strong> Feststoffe werden aufgrund unterschiedlicher Korngr\u00f6\u00dfe getrennt. Das zu trennende Stoffgemisch wird \u00fcber einem Sieb gegeben, das gesch\u00fcttelt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Beispiel: -Bei der Verwertung von Holz- oder Kunststoffsp\u00e4nen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adsorption:<\/strong> Stoffe werden an der Oberfl\u00e4che eines porenreichen Feststoffes verschieden gut festgehalten (adsorbiert).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aktivkohle:<\/li>\n<li>Dunstabz\u00fcge: Ger\u00fcche adsorbieren<\/li>\n<li>Gasmaskenfilter: Giftstoffe adsorbieren<\/li>\n<li>Schuhsolen: Ger\u00fcche adsorbieren<\/li>\n<li>Kohletabletten: leicht e Verdauungsst\u00f6rungen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sedimentieren: <\/strong>Feststoffe werden aufgrund unterschiedlicher Korngr\u00f6\u00dfe getrennt. Das zu trennende Stoffgemisch wird \u00fcber einem Sieb gegeben, das gesch\u00fcttelt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Beispiel: -Bei der Verwertung von Holz- oder Kunststoffsp\u00e4nen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Magnettrennung<\/strong>(mechanisches Trennverfahren): Mischungen aus magnetischen und nichtmagnetischen Stoffen werden durch ihre Magnetisierbarkeit getrennt. In der Technik nutzt man oft einen Elektromagneten (-die magnetischen Teilchen l\u00f6sen sich nach Abschalten des Stroms wieder von dem Ger\u00e4t).<\/p>\n<p>Beispiel: -Altautoverwertung auf Schrottpl\u00e4tzen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chromatographie: <\/strong>Bei der chromatografischen Trennung wird eine unbewegliche station\u00e4re Phase durch eine bewegliche mobile Phase durchstr\u00f6mt. (physikalisches-chemisches Trennverfahren)<\/p>\n<p>Die Chromatografie dient zur Trennung fl\u00fcssiger und gasf\u00f6rmiger Stoffgemische. Es gibt verschiedene chromatografische Verfahren. Bei der Chromatografie gibt es die station\u00e4re (feststehende) und die mobile (bewegliche) Phase.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beispiele: Trennung von Farbstoffen (Chlorophyll, Tinte..)<\/li>\n<li>Bei der Alkoholanalyse<\/li>\n<li>Papierchromatografie: Je st\u00e4rker ein Stoff von der station\u00e4ren Phase festgehalten wird, desto weniger weit wandert die Farbe.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00fcnnschichtchromatographie: z.B.: Kieselgel auf Aluminiumfolie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>R<sub>f <\/sub>-Wert (Retensionsfaktor (lat. retinere = zur\u00fcckhalten)) -&gt;
