Im Gegensatz zu den Alkanen, die nur Einfachbindungen besitzen, haben Alkene (Endung -en) mindestens eine Doppelbindung zwischen zwei C-Atomen, Alkine sogar mindestens eine Dreifachbindung.[ls_accordion][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;ALKENE&#8220;]An der (mindestens einer) Bindung zweier C-Atome\u00a0der Alkene ist ein zweites Elektronenpaar beteiligt. Formel:<\/p>\n<p>CnH2n<\/p>\n<p>Die Doppelbindung macht Alkene nicht doppelt so stabil wie Alkane, sondern\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alkene sind reaktionsfreudiger als Alkane, d.h.<\/li>\n<li>Die Doppelbindung ist weniger stabil!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alkene und Alkine werden \u00e4hnlich benannt wie die Alkine. Wichtig: Alkene haben immer die Endung-en. Das hei\u00dft: Die Bezeichnung -en verr\u00e4t uns, dass es sich um einen KWS mit einer Doppelbindung handelt.<\/p>\n<p>Weil die Doppelbindung der Alkene so reaktiv ist, nutzt man diese Eigenschaft f\u00fcr eine besonderes verfahren: Wenn man ein Startmolek\u00fcl hat, welches die Doppelbindung z.B. eines Ethem Molek\u00fcls aufbrechen kann, so sucht das &#8222;aufgebrochene Ende einen Partner und schnappt sich ein zweites Ethenmolek\u00fcl, dessen Doppelbindung auch bricht. So k\u00f6nnen sich die Ethenmolek\u00fcle in einer Kettenreaktion zu einer langen Kette (Makromolek\u00fcl, Polymer) verbinden. Dieses Ph\u00e4nomen nutzt man in der Kunststoffindustrie. Etwa ist Polyethen (Polyetylen, PE)\u00a0ein Kunststoff dessen Grundeinheit (monomer) ein Ethenmolek\u00fcl ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verwendung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Ethen <\/b>ist ein Pflanzenhormon. Bei der Reifung wird es in Fr\u00fcchten gebildet und abgegeben. Daher werden Bananen schneller reif, wenn sie mit einem roten Apfel gelagert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Industriell werden unreif gepfl\u00fcckte Bananen mit Ethen begast, um schneller zu reifen.<\/li>\n<li>Weitere Verwendung: Herstellung von Kunststoffen, Klebstoffen , L\u00f6sungsmitteln, in der Pharmaindustrie<\/li>\n<li><b>Propen<\/b>: als Brenngas (Fl\u00fcssiggas), Benzinherstellung, Kunststoffhertellung<\/li>\n<li><b>Buten<\/b>: Kunststoff- u. Synthesekautschukherstellung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die homologe Reihe der Alkene lautet:<\/p>\n<p>Ethen (C2H4)<\/p>\n<p>Propen (C3H6)<\/p>\n<p>Buten (C4H8)<\/p>\n<p>usw.[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;ALKINE&#8220;]Alkine sind Kohlenwasserstoffe mit mindestens einer 3fachbindung Formel:<\/p>\n<p><b>C<\/b><b>n<\/b><b>H<\/b><b>2n-2<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Alkine sind recht reaktionsfreudig und kommen in der Natur selten vor. Ein Beispiel ist, Histrionicotoxine, das Gift in der Schleimhaut des Pfeilgiftfrosches [\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;CYCLISCHE KWS&#8220;]Cyclische Kohlenwasserstoffe sind solche, die einen Ring ausbilden. Je nachdem, wie viele C-Atome beteiligt, handelt es sich um Cyclo-Propan, Cyclo-Butan,&#8230;.usw. Cyclische KWS k\u00f6nnen ges\u00e4ttigt oder unges\u00e4ttigt sein. Ringf\u00f6rmige Alkene mit mehreren Doppelbindungen sind oft aufgrund ihrer besonderen Struktur relativ stabil: Aromatische Kohlnwasserstoffe, z.B. Benzen (Benzol).
