Bis heute kann Blut durch keine synthetischen Fl\u00fcssigkeiten ersetzt werden, auch wenn bisweilen intensiv an Blut-Alternativen geforscht wird.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr uns Menschen ist Blut eine lebensnotwendige Fl\u00fcssigkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den Aufgaben des Blutes geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00dcber das Blut wird unser K\u00f6rper mit N\u00e4hrstoffen und Blut versorgt.<\/li>\n<li>Die W\u00e4rme die unser K\u00f6rper ben\u00f6tigt wird durch das Blut im gesamten K\u00f6rper gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilt.<\/li>\n<li>Die roten Blutk\u00f6rperchen(Erythrozyten) sorgen f\u00fcr den Transport von Sauerstoff.<\/li>\n<li>Die wei\u00dfen Blutk\u00f6rperchen (Leukozyten) sorgen f\u00fcr die Abwehr von fremden Stoffen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Blutbl\u00e4ttchen (Thrombozyten) sorgen f\u00fcr den Verschluss bei Wunden.<\/li>\n<li>Spezielle Zellen sorgen f\u00fcr die Abwehr von Krankheitserregern.<\/li>\n<li>Durch das Blutplasma werden Abfallstoffe transportiert<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Blut besteht aus:<\/p>\n<p>Blut besteht etwa zur H\u00e4lfte (56%) aus Blutplasma, einer gelblichen Fl\u00fcssigkeit &amp; zur anderen H\u00e4lfte (44%) aus Zellen wie Erythrozyten, Leukozyten &amp; Thrombozyten[ls_accordion][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;AUFGABEN DES BLUTES&#8220;]\n<p><strong><em>Stofftransport<\/em><\/strong>: Versorgung mit N\u00e4hrstoffen &amp; Sauerstoff; Abtransport von Stoffwechselendprodukten, Abfall und Hormonen (zur Signal\u00fcbertragung zwischen Organen)<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>W\u00e4rmeregulation<\/em><\/strong>: reguliert die Temperatur wie ein Thermostat<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Abwehr:<\/em><\/strong> eingedrungene Erreger und Fremdstoffe werden durch das Immunsystem (wei\u00dfe Blutk\u00f6rperchen und Antik\u00f6rper), die k\u00f6rpereigene Abwehrtruppe bek\u00e4mpft<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Blutverschluss: <\/em><\/strong>durch die Blutgerinnung werden offene Wunde verschlossen; damit wird ein zu gro\u00dfer Blutverlust und das Eindringen von Erregern oder Schadstoffen verhindert.<\/p>\n[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;ZUSAMMENSETZUNG DES BLUTES &amp; BLUTMENGE&#8220;]Man hat ein Blutvolumen von etwa 8 % seines K\u00f6rpergewichtes (bei 70 kg ca. 5-6 Liter Blut). Zu etwa 55 % besteht das Blut aus Blutplasma (=Blutfl\u00fcssigkeit mit Blutgerinnungsfaktoren und -proteinen). Im Blutplasma befinden sich auch Antik\u00f6rper, bestimmte Transportproteine und Hormone. 45% des Blutes sind die Blutk\u00f6rperchen: rote Blutk\u00f6rperchen (Erythrozyten) f\u00fcr den Transport von Sauerstoff (mit Hilfe des roten Blutfarbstoffes, H\u00e4moglobin), wei\u00dfe Blutk\u00f6rperchen (Leukozyten) f\u00fcr die Abwehr von Fremdstoffen und Erregern und Blutpl\u00e4ttchen (Thrombozyten) f\u00fcr die Blutgerinnung.[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;BLUTVERLUST&#8220;]Ein Blutverlust von 20% seines Blutvolumens ist gef\u00e4hrlich (Kreislaufprobleme\u2026), das entspricht durchschnittlich einem Liter Blut. 25-30%iger Blutverlust gilt als lebensgef\u00e4hrlich. &nbsp;Ein Blutverlust von der H\u00e4lfte des Blutes endet in der Regel t\u00f6dlich. Bei Blutungen handelt es sich um Verlust vom Blut aus der Blutbahn oder dem Blutkreislauf.[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;LYMPHE&#8220;]Die Lymphfl\u00fcssigkeit ist, wie das Blut, eine Transportfl\u00fcssigkeitund hat eine \u00e4hnliche Zusammensetzung wie Blut. Im Gegensatz zu Blut enth\u00e4lt Lymphe &nbsp;au\u00dfer Leukozyten <u>keine<\/u> Blutk\u00f6rperchen. Lymphfl\u00fcssigkeit ist deshalb auch farblos und nicht rot, wie Blut.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die Lymphe versorgt Zellen des K\u00f6rpers mit N\u00e4hrstoffen und entsorgt Abfallstoffe aus dem zellstoffwechsel.<\/p>\n<p>Die Lymphfl\u00fcssigkeit wird in&nbsp;Lymphgef\u00e4\u00dfen transportiert. Lymphgef\u00e4\u00dfe sind d\u00fcnnwandige Gef\u00e4\u00dfe, welche im Gewebe beginnen, Lymphknoten durchlaufen und in Venen m\u00fcnden.<\/p>\n<p>Lymphgef\u00e4\u00dfe besitzen, \u00e4hnlich wie Venen, Klappen, um einen R\u00fcckfluss ins Gewebe zu verhindern.<\/p>\n<p>Lymphknoten sind Filterstationen des Immunsystems, die Krankheitserreger oder andere Fremdstoffe einfangen und abbauen, besondere Leukozyten bilden hier auch Antik\u00f6rper, die sie in die Lymphfl\u00fcssigkeit schicken.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens: Waswir in unserem Sprachgebrauch salopp als &#8222;Blutvergiftung&#8220; bezeichnen, ist eigentlich eine Entz\u00fcndung der Lymphbahnen, eine &#8222;Lymphangitis&#8220;. Eine echte Blutvergiftung ist eine schwere, systemische Krankheit und lebensbedrohlich. Eine echte Blutvergiftung wird station\u00e4r im Krankenhaus, in der Regel auf der Intensivstation, behandelt.<\/p>\n[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;BLAUES BLUT?&#8220;]Nicht alle Tiere haben rotes Blut. Insekten, welche mit Tracheen atmen, haben meist farbloses Blut. Eine Ausnahme sind hier die Larven der roten Zuckm\u00fccken. Sie leben in sehr sauerstoffarmen Gew\u00e4ssern und ben\u00f6tigen daher H\u00e4moglobin zum besseren Sauerstofftransport.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt auch Tiere, wie die Tintenfische, die anstelle von H\u00e4moglobin das Molek\u00fcl H\u00e4mocyanin f\u00fcr den Sauerstofftransport besitzen. Ihr Blut ist daher blau.
