Die Kette der Geh\u00f6rkn\u00f6chelchen dient der Kraftverst\u00e4rkung der Schwingungen und sie \u00fcbertragen die Schallwellen (den Druck) von der Luft auf die Endolymphe.<\/p>\n<p>In der Scala Tympani f\u00fchren Bewegung der Membran des runden Fenster zu Auslenkung von Meissner&#8216; schen Membran und Basalmembran und Verbiegen der in die Tektorialmembran eingelassenen Spitzen der Sinneszellen. Dies f\u00fchrt nun zur \u00a0Erregungsleitung zum Gehirn.<\/p>\n[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;Der Gleichgewichtssinn&#8220;]\n<p>Das Gleichgewichtsorgan besteht aus drei Bogeng\u00e4ngen: sie stehen zueinander senkrecht und enthalten je eine Leiste mit Sinneszellen, die in einer Gallerte eingelassen sind. Bewegungen des Kopfes kann die Endolymphe aufgrund ihrer Tr\u00e4gheit nicht sofort folgen und eine Str\u00f6mung entsteht.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Str\u00f6mung bewegt die Sinneshaare, eine entsprechende Nervenerregung wird \u00fcber den 8.
