{"id":1334,"date":"2014-01-25T17:13:38","date_gmt":"2014-01-25T17:13:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nawi.naturundbildung.at\/wp\/?page_id=1334"},"modified":"2014-06-15T21:19:17","modified_gmt":"2014-06-15T21:19:17","slug":"carbonsaeuren","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nawi.naturundbildung.at\/wp\/?page_id=1334","title":{"rendered":"CARBONS\u00c4UREN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Carbons\u00e4uren sind organische Verbindungen und haben eine oder mehrere Carboxygruppen (-COOH).<\/p>\n<p>Die Eigenschaften der Carbons\u00e4uren werden durch die Carboxygrupe bestimmt, sie haben einen hohen Siedepunkt, bilden Wasserstoffbr\u00fccken, sind farblos und riechen stark und haben eine hohe Acidit\u00e4t\u00a0(sind sehr sauer).<\/p>\n<p>Die kurzkettigen Alkans\u00e4uren lassen sich in polaren und unpolaren L\u00f6sungsmitteln l\u00f6sen. Langkettige Alkans\u00e4uren sind jedoch nur in unpolaren L\u00f6sungsmitteln l\u00f6slich. Je l\u00e4nger die Kohlenwasserstoffkette wird, umso gr\u00f6\u00dfer wird der intermolekulare Einfluss des unpolaren Alkylrests. Die Carboxygruppe verliert also an Einfluss und kann somit nicht in Wechselwirkungen mit den Wassermolek\u00fclen treten.<\/p>\n<p>Carbons\u00e4uren werden oft als Konservierungsmittel oder Antioxidantien (eine chemische Verbindung, die gezielt eine Oxidation, von anderen Substanzen, verhindert) eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Monocarbons\u00e4uren haben nur eine funktionelle Carboxygruppe. Die einfachsten Vertreter sind die Alkans\u00e4uren. C<sub>n<\/sub>H<sub>2n<\/sub>COOH ist die Summenformel der Alkans\u00e4uren.<\/p>\n<p>Am Ende der Carbons\u00e4uren steht immer das Wort \u201e-s\u00e4ure\u201c und davor ist das jeweilige Grundger\u00fcst genannt (z.B. Methans\u00e4ure). Sie haben auch sogenannte \u201eTrivialnamen\u201c (z.B. Methans\u00e4ure \u2013 Ameisens\u00e4ure), die meist auf die Quelle, aus der die Carbons\u00e4uren gewonnen werden, hinweisen.
