{"id":2961,"date":"2016-05-27T15:11:09","date_gmt":"2016-05-27T15:11:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nawi.naturundbildung.at\/wp\/?page_id=2961"},"modified":"2018-01-18T18:11:43","modified_gmt":"2018-01-18T18:11:43","slug":"der-weibliche-zyklus","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nawi.naturundbildung.at\/wp\/?page_id=2961","title":{"rendered":"Der weibliche Zyklus&#038; Schwangerschaft"},"content":{"rendered":"[ls_accordion][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;DER WEIBLICHE ZYKLUS&#8220;]Der Hypothalamus (ein bestimmter Teil des Zwischenhirns) regt am Anfang des Zyklus die Produktion des follikelstimulierenden Hormons (FSH)\u00a0in der\u00a0Hirnanhangsdr\u00fcse (Hypophyse) an.<\/p>\n<p>Das FSH regt die Reifung der Eibl\u00e4schen (Follikel) im Eierstock\u00a0an. Reife Eibl\u00e4schen produzieren das weibliche Geschlechtshormon \u00d6strogen. Einige Follikel beginnen sich zu entwickeln, ein Follikel wird (in der Regel) \u201edominant\u201c, und \u201eseine\u201c Eizelle kann sich vergr\u00f6\u00dfern.<\/p>\n<p>Der \u00d6strogenspiegel im K\u00f6rper wird h\u00f6her, dadurch wird die Schleimhaut in der Geb\u00e4rmutter besser durchblutet. Die Geb\u00e4rmutterschleimhaut w\u00e4chst an und enth\u00e4lt nun ausreichend N\u00e4hrstoffe f\u00fcr eine m\u00f6gliche bevorstehende Schwangerschaft. Weiters bildet sich bei hohen \u00d6strogenspiegeln der fruchtbare Zervixschleim.<\/p>\n<p>Der reife Follikel platzt schlie\u00dflich und die Eizelle wird in die Eileiter gesp\u00fclt. Dabei wird sie von den trichterartig erweiterten Enden (Eileitertrichter) aufgefangen. Die Eizelle bewegt im Eileiter entlang in Richtung Geb\u00e4rmutter. Sofort nach dem Eisprung beginnt der geplatzte Follikel (=Gelbk\u00f6rper), ein weiteres weibliches Geschlechtshormon zu erzeugen: Progesteron. Progesteron sorgt f\u00fcr einen weiteren Aufbau der Geb\u00e4rmutterschleimhaut, damit sich eine eventuell befruchtete Eizelle einnisten kann.<\/p>\n<p>Falls die Eizelle nicht befruchtet wurde, schrumpft der Gelbk\u00f6rper, die \u00d6strogen- und Progesteronspiegel sinken ab. Unter dem jetzt niedrigen Hormonspiegel beginnt sich die dicke Geb\u00e4rmutterschleimhaut abzul\u00f6sen und wird vom K\u00f6rper ausgesto\u00dfen. Die Periode setzt ein, und der n\u00e4chste Menstruationszyklus beginnt.<\/p>\n<p>Falls die Eizelle befruchtet wurde, kann sich der daraus entwickelnde Embryo in der Schleimhaut der Geb\u00e4rmutter einnisten. Ab dem Zeitpunkt der Einnistung (= Nidation), beginnt der K\u00f6rper, das Schwangerschaftshormon hCG (humanes Choriongonadotropin) zu produzieren, wodurch der Gelbk\u00f6rper aktiv gehalten wird. Er f\u00e4hrt fort, die Hormone \u00d6strogen und Progesteron zu erzeugen, um ein Absto\u00dfen der Geb\u00e4rmutterschleimhaut zu verhindern, bis der Mutterkuchen (Plazenta, zur Versorgung des Embryos) f\u00fcr den Erhalt der Schwangerschaft gen\u00fcgend ausgereift ist.<br \/>\n[\/ls_accordion_section][ls_accordion_section title=&#8220;(DER BEGINN DER) SCHWANGERSCHAFT&#8220;]Bei der Befruchtung verschmelzen Eizelle und Samenzelle. Verschmolzene Ei- und Samenzelle hei\u00dfen nun Zygote (= \u201edie erste Zelle des Kindes\u201c). Die Zygote teilt sich mehrmals und erreicht ca. am 3.-4. Tag nach Befruchtung das so genannte Maulbeerenstadium (Morula),\u00a0 eine kugelf\u00f6rmige Ansammlung von ca. 32 Zellen.<\/p>\n<p>Aus den \u00e4u\u00dferen Zellen der Morula (=Trophoblast ) wird die Plazenta. Die inneren Zellen der Morula (=Embryoblast) entwickeln sich zum eigentliche Embryo.<\/p>\n<p>5-6 Tage nach der Befruchtung befindet sich die Blastozyste (so hei\u00dft der junge Embryo jetzt) kurz vor der Einnistung in die Geb\u00e4rmutter (Nidation).<\/p>\n<p>Etwa am 16. Tag kommt es zur Gastrulation Dabei bilden sich die drei Keimbl\u00e4tter (= unterschiedliche Zellschichten, aus denen sich die verschiedenenen Gewebe und Organe entwickeln)<\/p>\n<p>Mit der Anlage der drei Keimbl\u00e4tter (Entoderm: innere Organe; Mesoderm: Bewegungsapparat, Muskeln, Blutsystem; Ektoderm: Nervensystem, Haut) findet eine Gliederung von innen nach au\u00dfen statt.<\/p>\n<p>Am 20. Tag findet die erste segmentale Organisation (Somiten) statt und die Entwicklung erster Organe beginnt ab der 5. Woche.<\/p>\n<p>In der vierten Woche misst der Embryo etwa 5 mm. Am schnellsten w\u00e4chst er im vorderen Teil. Ein rundlicher Kopf bildet sich aus, an dem als runder H\u00f6cker die Augenanlagen und als kleinere Vertiefungen die Ohrenanlagen zu erkennen sind. Als deutliche Vorw\u00f6lbung unterhalb des Kopfes ist jetzt das Herz zu erkennen, das in der vierten Woche zu schlagen beginnt und damit die Versorgung des Embryos durch ein Kreislaufsystem entscheidend verbessert. Im Kopf entwickelt sich das Gehirn aus einem Bl\u00e4schen, das sich als d\u00fcnnes R\u00f6hrchen, aus dem sich sp\u00e4ter das R\u00fcckenmark entwickelt, bis zum Stei\u00df fortsetzt. Neben diesem R\u00fcckenmarksrohr wird die Gliederung des R\u00fcckens in Abschnitte immer deutlicher, die sp\u00e4ter den Wirbeln entsprechen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit f\u00fcnf Wochen sind auch Arm- und Beinanlagen sichtbar. In der sechsten Woche bekommt der Embryo deutlich menschliche Umrisse, obwohl er erst 1,5 cm lang ist.<\/p>\n<p>Ab der 9. Woche (mit dem Anfang des dritten Schwangerschaftsmonats) nennt man das Ungeborene F\u00f6tus. Man spricht nun von \u201eFetogenese\u201c, als Stadium der Entwicklung der Organe und der Ausdifferenzierung der Gewebe. Der F\u00f6tus hat nun schon eine deutlich menschliche Gestalt, die Organe beginnen nach und nach mit eigent\u00e4tiger Funktion.<\/p>\n<p>Im wesentlichen m\u00fcssen jetzt die Organe reifen und vor
