N\u00e4hrstoffe (<strong>Proteine, Fette, Kohlenhydrate) <\/strong>aber auch&nbsp;<strong>Ballaststoffe<\/strong>, Mineralstoffe und <strong>Vitamine<\/strong> geh\u00f6ren zu den lebenswichtigen Nahrungsbestandteilen. \u00dcberdies z\u00e4hlt auch Wasser zu den unverzichtbaren Stoffen der Nahrung.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/nawi.naturundbildung.at\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Bildschirmfoto-2018-01-22-um-20.42.44-1.png\" data-slb-active=\"1\" data-slb-asset=\"630091901\" data-slb-internal=\"0\" data-slb-group=\"3190\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3484 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/nawi.naturundbildung.at\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Bildschirmfoto-2018-01-22-um-20.42.44-1-300x200.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/nawi.naturundbildung.at\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Bildschirmfoto-2018-01-22-um-20.42.44-1-300x200.png 300w, http:\/\/nawi.naturundbildung.at\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Bildschirmfoto-2018-01-22-um-20.42.44-1.png 410w\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"\/><\/a>Eiwei\u00df<\/strong> (Proteine) liefert dem K\u00f6rper Energie, das ist aber nicht die Hauptaufgabe. Haupts\u00e4chlich ist Eiwei\u00df am Aufbau und am Erhalt der K\u00f6rperzellen beteiligt und wird schnell verbraucht. Um Eiwei\u00df aufzunehmen, eignen sich tierische Nahrungsmittel, wie Fleisch, Fisch, Eier und Milchprodukte. Aber auch pflanzliche Nahrungsmittel, wie Erbsen, Linsen, Bohnen, Sojaprodukte und Getreide enthalten Eiwei\u00df.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fette <\/strong>dienen als Energielieferanten. Es gibt tierische und pflanzliche Fette. In tierischen Lebensmitteln (Fleisch, Wurst und Milchprodukten) und geh\u00e4rtetem Pflanzenfett stecken \u00fcberwiegend ges\u00e4ttigte Fetts\u00e4uren. Bestimmte ges\u00e4ttigte Fetts\u00e4uren erh\u00f6hen den Cholesterinspiegel und sind somit Risikofaktoren f\u00fcr bestimmte Erkrankungen wie z. Sie kommen als St\u00e4rke in komplexer Form und als Zucker in einfacher Form vor. Komplexe Kohlenhydrate werden langsam abgebaut und geben deshalb langandauernd Energie. Von dreizehn ben\u00f6tigten Vitaminen, kann der K\u00f6rper die meisten nicht selbst synthetisieren, weshalb diese \u00fcber die Nahrung aufgenommen werden m\u00fcssen. Dennoch ist deren Vorhandensein im menschlichen K\u00f6rper essentiell \u2013 also notwendig \u2013 um alle Lebensvorg\u00e4nge aufrecht zu erhalten. Anders als Vitamine kann der K\u00f6rper Mineralstoffe selbst nicht herstellen. Sie m\u00fcssen also \u00fcber die Nahrung zugef\u00fchrt werden. Sie erf\u00fcllen unterschiedliche Funktionen. Unter anderem dienen sie als Baustein von K\u00f6rperstrukturen und sind am Aufbau verschiedener Stoffe wie zum Beispiel Enzyme und Hormone beteiligt.
