Dargestellt werden die Lebensmittel hierbei in Form einer Pyramide, die eben zeigt welche Lebensmittel man \u00f6fter oder weniger oft essen sollte.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00f6sterreichische Ern\u00e4hrungspyramide wurde vom&nbsp;Gesundheitsministerium gemeinsam mit Expertinnen und Experten aus den Bereichen Ern\u00e4hrungsmedizin, Ern\u00e4hrungswissenschaften und Gesundheitsf\u00f6rderung entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p>Neben der \u00f6sterreichischen Ern\u00e4hrungspyramide gibt es noch weitere, \u00e4ltere Modelle der Ern\u00e4hrungspyramide und auch andere Modelle, die beispielsweise Mehr Fette und Eiwei\u00dfe empfehlen und im Gegensatz zur \u00f6sterreichischen Ern\u00e4hrungspyramide den Kohlenhydratanteil reduzieren.<\/p>\n<p>Gesunde Getr\u00e4nke\/Nahrungsmittel stehen bei der \u00f6sterreichischen Ern\u00e4hrungspyramide im unteren Bereich. Lebensmittel die weniger oft konsumiert werden sollten oder sogar ungesund sind, stehen im oberen Bereich der Pyramide. Sie ist in 7 &#8222;Zeilen&#8220; geteilt:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Alkoholfreie Getr\u00e4nke: ca. 1,5 l, wie Tee und Wasser- sie bilden die Basis der Ern\u00e4hrungspyramide.<\/li>\n<li>Obst, Gem\u00fcse und H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte: 5 Portionen pro Tag (eine Portion gleicht einer geballten Hand), davon 2 Port. Obst und 3 Port. Gem\u00fcse<\/li>\n<li>Getreide&amp; Kartoffeln: 4 Portionen t\u00e4glich<\/li>\n<li>Milch&amp; Milchprodukte: 5-7 Portionen pro Woche, fettarme Produkte werden bevorzugt, 1 Portion gelb (K\u00e4se) und 2 Portionen wei\u00df (Joghurt, Milch)<\/li>\n<li>Fleisch, Wurst; Fisch und Eier: max.3 Portionen pro Woche<\/li>\n<li>Fette&amp; \u00d6le: max. 1-2 Essl\u00f6ffel- t\u00e4glich- \u00d6le wie Lein\u00f6l oder Oliven\u00f6l oder fettreiche Fr\u00fcchte wie Avocados oder N\u00fcsse bevorzugen- sie enthalten essentielle Fetts\u00e4uren, oft viele Vitamine und andere gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernde Inhaltsstoffe<\/li>\n<li>Fettes und S\u00fc\u00dfes: max. 1 Portion pro Woche zu sich nehmen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Zu einem gesunden Lebensstil geh\u00f6rt jedoch nicht nur die gute Ern\u00e4hrung sonder auch k\u00f6rperliche Aktivit\u00e4t.
